Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 5 August 2026
At Scalable Solutions.AI we treat accessibility as part of the service rather than an add-on. We work to make this site accessible in line with the Israeli standard IS 5568, which is anchored to WCAG 2.0 Level AA, and with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Accommodations) Regulations, 2013.
Accessibility measures on this site
- The site can be operated entirely by keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
- A “Skip to main content” link appears at the start of every page.
- Page structure uses semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks, for screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver).
- Language and direction are declared on every page, and the Hebrew site is authored right-to-left.
- Text colour contrast meets a ratio of at least 4.5:1.
- Meaningful images carry alternative text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- The site respects the operating system’s prefers-reduced-motion setting.
The accessibility menu
The accessibility button in the bottom-left corner of every page opens a panel of personal preferences: larger text (up to 150%), increased line spacing, a high-contrast mode, a dark mode, emphasised links, a highly legible font, an enlarged cursor, and stopping animations. Your choices are stored on your device and applied automatically on your next visit.
Worth being clear about: this panel is not an automatic “accessibility overlay”. The accessibility itself is implemented in the site’s own code. The panel exists so you can adapt the presentation to your needs — it does not claim to make the site accessible on our behalf.
Known limitations
- Some displays on the home page (for example the rotating situations in the “Sound familiar?” section) advance automatically. They can be stopped with “Stop animations” in the accessibility menu, and all of that content is also reachable through the controls beside it.
- Outbound links (WhatsApp) open in a new window. We indicate this, but the behaviour is determined by the external service.
- The site has not yet been audited by a certified service-accessibility expert (morshe negishut). Such an audit is planned; until it is complete, there may be issues we have not yet identified.
Reporting an accessibility problem
If you run into a barrier, an element that is not accessible, or content that is hard to use, please tell us. We will look into it and get back to you.
